A channel with lighting and color coding, which can be loaded with consumables from the side, can accelerate the installation of media and carbon ribbon; Replacing the print head and paper roller without the need for tools ensures efficient operation. The 4.3-inch full-color display screen makes the status of the printer (including color coded alarms when the printer is paused or in an error state) clear at a glance, allowing you to instantly know when to pay attention to the printer. With a 4.3-inch full-color touch screen display, you can quickly browse printer settings through a user-friendly icon menu system, making it easy to change language, printer settings, connection options, and more. Dynamic QR codes provide on-demand, web-based support (including watching videos) to quickly resolve printer errors. Standard USB interface, serial port, Ethernet interface, dual USB host ports, and Bluetooth connection options; Two open media slots allow you to easily add parallel interface cards, Ethernet interface cards, labeling machine interface cards, and more. Easy to add coding options that can be installed at the factory or on-site and are designed for universal UHF RFID tags or thicker anti metal tags. Adding optional 802.11ac Wi Fi and Bluetooth dual band wireless network cards can achieve fast and reliable wireless connections.

Designed specifically for handling various media and applications

You can rely on ZT400 to print labels in various formats on various media. This printer is available in two models: 4-inch and 6-inch, with three printing resolutions of 203 dpi, 300 dpi, and 600 dpi (600 dpi is only available for the 4-inch ZT411). Introduce RFID technology that can be installed at the factory or on-site to facilitate printing and encoding of tags, improve tracking functionality and visibility. Choose Zebra's unique ZT411 RFID anti metal tagging solution, which is a specialized option for printing and encoding thicker RFID tags for metal containers and assets.

Backward compatibility with almost any existing printer

Whether using Zebra printers or competitors' printers, you can use the same label format and applications as ZT400. Supports EPL and ZPL, allowing you to easily migrate from other Zebra desktop printers. With the help of virtual device applications, ZT400 can use languages related to other printer brands normally.

Easy loading of media and carbon ribbon

Provide a side loading channel for consumables, making loading simpler, faster, and more intuitive. The color coded media channel allows you to easily pass media and ribbon through the printer, even in low light environments, and can be easily viewed through the lighting channel.
